Please be advised that we require all properties to be cleaned and staged before we arrive. Showings and photography shoots musn’t coincide with the time we’re there. Pets must be contained to one room or taken for a walk during the shoot and it’s also recommended that the homeowner(s) leave during the scheduled time as well. Failure to follow the requirements listed above may result in additional charges or cancellation.
